Well looks like blizzard is going to announce something big in the days to come. A splash screen has been added to the blizzard.com and the battle.net sites. Is it a Diablo 3 announcement? A Starcraft 2 update for a release date (many speculations around for a December 3rd release, but this has been denied by Blizzard) or is it something else related to WoW?

So what do you guys think it might be?

UPDATE : Looks like the splash screen has changed…

And if you look closely at the original image on the Blizzard site, you will notice some markings or hieroglyphes in the image. Here are two closeups…

So do any of you have any ideas what this could be?
